Wine Advocate-Parker : The 2015 Pouilly-Fuissé C C, which hails from the two lieux-dits of Côte and Carmentrans, is the most open-knit and giving wine in the portfolio this year, offering up a pretty bouquet with notes of ripe stone fruits--peach and apricot--and pear marrying with suggestions of grilled tangerine and oatmeal. On the palate, the wine is broad, full-bodied and textural but it can't quite match the tension and focus of the Saint-Véran or 1er Jus de Chavigne.
