Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2013 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre has a reserved, stony, granitic nose with just a slight pond-water scent that is actually quite attractive! The palate is fresh and vibrant with citrus lemon, a hint of blood orange, a keen line of acidity and a little spice/lemongrass sprinkled judiciously over the finish. Like other 2013s from Long-Depaquit that were all blind tasted, this Montée de Tonnerre suggests that there has been some melioration in recent months.
